Joyce M. Smith, 49, of Fairfax, Va., formerly of Monroeville, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007 of cancer. Beloved daughter of Virginia B. Smith and the late Herman P. Smith; sister of John R. Smith and Robert C. (Danielle) Smith; aunt of Jeffrey, Bailey and Matthew Smith. A graduate of Gateway High School and Penn State University, Joyce worked in radio for eight years, then worked for the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Va. for 20 years.
