From the Tribune Review...Of Monroeville, on Sunday, November 29, 2009, age 49. Beloved husband of Lori Palmieri Bailey; father of Jeffrey, Justin, Joseph & Chloe; brother of Scott Bailey and Leslie Bull; also survived by brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law, a niece and nephews. Jeff was a Director of Information System Management for ATTEVO. He, and his smile, will be missed. Prayers to his family and may he rest in peace.
