Jack was a Great Friend, good with cars and just about anything else you might ask him to do. We did everything together as our entire family's were very close. I even got Jack's car when he went in the Marines. He went to Vietnam in 1969 and was killed Dec. 31 1969. When we got the news, I was devastated. I was home on leave from the Army that New Years Eve. I was getting ready to go to Vietnam in a couple months as it was the right thing to do. I now go to D.C. on Memorial day and Vetern's day and always spend time at the Wall with Jack. I have several other friends on thae Wall but Jack is special. This year was NO EXCEPTION as I spent Memorial Day weekend with thousands of other Vets and Rolling Thunder for the "Run To The Wall" to remind all about the POW'S & MIA'S.
